Wait for likes, hearts, and numbers that somehow feel like validation.
But after a few moments, everything disappears into the endless scroll.

Then there are other photos — quieter, simpler, without filters or tricks.
But they have time.
They live in books and exhibitions in the minds of those who once stopped to look.
They don't need to be trendy. They only need to be true.

This quote isn't written to dismiss likes.
It's here to remind myself — and maybe you — that:

Taking photos for likes is a choice.
Taking pictures to be remembered is another.
