However, in Vietnam, dogs are their favorite food for meals or at family meals, restaurants, eateries everywhere, especially in the north of Vietnam. There are even people who is proud of raising expensive dogs but they still eat dog meat every day.

Also from the demand for Vietnamese dog meat, the stealing of dogs for sale is also commonplace and makes many families in Vietnam angry, so when they catch a dog thief they beat him or even kill the dog thief, which leads to breaking the laws of public order. However, eating dog meat and stealing dogs is not regulated by the law of Vietnam so crime will always happen.
